OK, Shirley is not a good cook. Or I should say = I hate cooking cos the smell that is going to stay with me, oh mind! I can imagine. Yuck =(
So I tried this Loh Mai Kai which was easily managable by me, my dear hubby does the frying of the rice and packed nicely in the bowl ready for steaming.
The rice was a bit hard, lazy me didn't soak the glutinous rice over-night. Chicken was not salty, should have added more chicken stock.
